چکیده
Road quality degradation affecting on safety and comfort of road users. It is necessary to carry out regular assessments the functional structural condition pavement. Evaluation conditions carried maintain good services. This research aims evaluate using Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method International Roughness (IRI) method. The tool used in testing Hawkeye 2000 car which generates data for each segment, then calculates average PCI value segment. From analysis pavement, was obtained Kudus East Ring Section at 57.05 (Fair), Pati 60.57 Wangon-Menganti 78.35 (Satisfactory). results 5.16 (Medium), 4.94 4.64 (Medium). correlation 2 parameters SPSS successive section show "weak correlation" with r = 0.2754; "moderate 0.5534; "no 0.0435.

the effect of functional/notional approach on the proficiency level of efl learners and its evaluation through functional test
in fact, this study focused on the following questions: 1. is there any difference between the effect of functional/notional approach and the structural approaches to language teaching on the proficiency test of efl learners? 2. can a rather innovative language test referred to as "functional test" ge devised so so to measure the proficiency test of efl learners, and thus be as much reliable an...

Evaluating existing flexible pavement condition is a pre-requisite to choose improvement technique that has to be adopted to enhance its quality. To evaluate existing pavements, non-destructive testing methods are desirable. Benkelman Beam and 5th Wheel Bump Integrator are used to conduct non-destructive tests like deflection and roughness surveys on the existing pavement of 4 lane divided carr...
متن کاملMeasurement of the International Roughness Index (IRI) Using an Autonomous Robot (P3-AT)
In this paper, we test whether an autonomous robot can be used to measure the International Roughness Index (IRI), a description of pavement ride quality in terms of its longitudinal profile. A ready-made robot, the Pioneer P3-AT, was equipped with odometers, a laptop computer, CCD laser, and a SICK laser ranger finder to autonomously perform the collection of longitudinal profiles. ProVAL (Pro...
متن کاملIdentification and Prioritization of Accident-Prone Segments using International Roughness Index
During last decades, owing to the increase in a number of vehicles, the rate of accident occurrence grows significantly. Efforts must be made to provide efficient tools to prioritize segments requiring safety improvement and identify influential factors on accidents. This objective of the research was to determine the safety oriented threshold of International Roughness Index (IRI) to recognize...

The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) is currently utilizing a profilograph and the profile index for measuring smoothness assurance for newly constructed pavements. However, there are benefits to implementing a new International Roughness Index (IRI)–based smoothness specification utilizing road profiles measured using inertial profilers. Technological advancements have improved the...
